If you are playing Apex Legends but are super frustrated by the fact that you can’t choose your own server/servers. This article will show you how to bring up the server selection list on your gaming machine, either computer, PlayStation 4, or Xbox One.
Apex Legends launched a couple of weeks ago to raving reviews and shortly after skyrocketed to the top of streaming services around the globe. Although it was thought that the hype would die off and users would return to their old battle royale titles, like Fortnite and PUBG, that hasn’t been the case, at least not yet.
Sadly, on PC Apex Legends hasn’t been running as well as it should with an assortment of issues making the game near unplayable on most PC builds. Constant crashing, FPS fluctuations and driver issues have been the main causes but there are also potential memory leaks to worry about as well.
Thankfully, for the most part, matchmaking and in-game servers haven’t been affected and remain some of Apex Legends most reliable features. The only gripe from users, especially on PC is the lack of server options, including server selection. Oddly enough, however, Apex Legends does actually feature a server selection menu, it’s just not advertised or easy to find, so follow along as we show you how to access it.

Can You Change Servers on Apex Legends? YES! (Xbox PS4, & PC)
To change which server you are playing on in Apex Legends, the process is really, easy, but super impractical. First open Apex Legends, then wait for the game to load. Once it has loaded to the cover screen (the one shown below) don’t do anything. Instead, wait for about 90 seconds - 2 minutes, then click Accessibility Options and Exit it straight away.
This will bring up a new option at the bottom of the screen called Data Center. Now click Data Center and you will a long list of servers you can connect to.
Simply find one that has good Ping, then double-click on it and the game will start using this server.
If this change stays after you have closed the game cannot be checked, so it’s best to make the change each time you start Apex Legends. Generally, Apex Legends will pick the optimal server for your connection and location, but it’s nice to know there’s an option to manually select your own server.
Xbox & PlayStation 4.

For consoles, both Xbox and PS4 the process is a tiny bit different but it will require you wait for the same amount of time. On PS4 press X then O a few times to exit back to the main screen, once you are back on the main screen you will see the Data Center option. On Xbox press A then B a few times to exit back to the main screen, once you are back on the main screen you will see the Data Center option.
Note:If you are playing the game in a language other than English, you may not see Accessibility Options but you can still press Escape or Back after the time limit and the Data Center option will appear.

Review title of ultimate nugnugIt's pretty good but updates are a problem
This is suprisingly good for a game that was published by EA. This game requires teamwork or else you are screwed and you don't get alot of that with random people so i recommend either getting friends to play with you or look for a group it will make your experience of this game alot better. But there is a major issue with updates. the devs rarely update the game and when they do they dont fix most problems. the battlepass is honestly terrible and i hate to say it since i bought it. i mainly bought it because i liked the idea of supporting them but the rewards just arent worth it. people dont like to play a game that has the same problems for months like for example: hit reg and matchmaking. i suggest that respawn either makes fixes and balances every couple of weeks while keeping content updates seasonal. respawn stated that they wont work their devs near death like epic does, which i do understand but this isnt the right way to do it with a game that only has 3 player squads.
